Premium Membership and Bundle Purchases: Fix “Purchase” Button and Download Add-ons

Issue A: You see Purchase instead of Download

Goal: Show the Download button on eligible products.

1. Verify account email
   Log in with the exact email used at checkout: https://wpsoftwebz.com/account/
2. Refresh if the page was open before login
   Product pages may be cached. Reload after logging in.
3. Clear browser cache, then reload the product page.
4. Try a clean session
   Use another browser or an incognito window.
5. Still seeing Purchase
   Contact support and include your order email and the product link: https://wpsoftwebz.com/contact-us/

No Download button on Bundle packages

How bundles work: A bundle gives access to all add-ons in its category. Download each add-on from the category listing or from the add-on’s single page.

Method 1: Download from the category listing

1. Open the bundle page and click the category shown under the title.
   Example bundle: https://wpsoftwebz.com/downloads/gravity-forms-bundle-addons/
   Example category: https://wpsoftwebz.com/downloads/category/plugins/forms/gravity-forms/
2. On the category page, find the add-on card you need and click Download.

Method 2: Download from the add-on single page

1. From the same category page, click an add-on title to open its page.
2. Click Download on the add-on page.
