Product Features & Licensing
Do you provide original/developer licenses for products?
No, we do not provide original or developer licenses for our products. All products are pre-activated for use. Reselling or distributing licenses is illegal, and we do not support or condone such practices.
WordPress products are typically under the GPL (General Public License), which allows you to use, modify, and distribute the products freely, but it does not provide developer or reselling licenses.
Do your products require license activation?
- Most of the products are pre-activated. If a product does not require a license to work, we provide the file without pre-activation.
- All features should work, but automatic updates will not be available.
- Some additional features may not work automatically or may require extra actions to function properly.
Examples:
- Kits and templates, such as those for Elementor Pro and Divi theme, may not automatically import and should be imported manually (files are included).
- Most pre-made sites in themes (99%) can be imported automatically, but a very small number of themes may not support automatic import.

Product Updates
How often are product updates provided?
We regularly update all our products to ensure they stay current with the latest features and improvements. While most updates are provided promptly, some may experience a slight delay of a few days. If an update is delayed, logged-in users can request it by clicking the "Request Update" button below the product image on the product page.
Note: The update request feature is only available for logged-in users.

Are product updates automatic or manual?
Updates are not automatic and must be downloaded and installed manually. After making a purchase, you can access the files on your account page. You can also download the latest version using the download button on the product page.
Will I be notified when an update is available?
Currently, we do not have an automatic update notification system in place. However, we are working on setting it up and hope to offer this feature soon. For now, you can check for updates on our updates page and join our Telegram channel for daily notifications on the latest updates.
Do I need to reinstall the product after an update?
In most cases, simply downloading and replacing the previous version will be sufficient. However, please follow any specific instructions provided with each update.
Are updates free of charge?
Yes, updates are free of charge for single product purchases, lifetime membership, and bundle products. For subscription-based plans, updates are included for the duration of the plan—1 year for the 1-year plan and 1 month for the 1-month plan.
Security
How do you ensure the security of your products?
We take security seriously and ensure that the files we provide are free from malware or other security risks. The only modifications we make to the products are related to pre-activation, and we do not alter the core files in a way that would impact their security.
However, since we are not the original software developers, we do not guarantee the absence of bugs or security vulnerabilities. It is the responsibility of the developers to identify and resolve any such issues. We recommend keeping your products up to date and following best security practices.
Support & Tutorials
Do you provide support for your products?
Yes, we offer expert support to help with installation and basic troubleshooting. However, we cannot guarantee a fix for all issues, especially those related to compatibility with other plugins, themes, or server configurations.
Do you provide official developer support?
No, we are not the original developers of the products, so we cannot provide official developer support. If an issue requires direct developer assistance, you may need to purchase a license from the original source.
Do you offer tutorials or documentation?
We are working on creating tutorials and guides for our products. For specialized training and detailed documentation, you can visit the developers' site. Each product page includes a Developer Demo button under the product name, which links to the official developer's site for more information.

Requests & Access
Can I request a theme or plugin that’s not on your site?
Item request is possible only in the Lifetime Subscription plan.
If you need a specific premium theme or plugin that isn’t currently listed, you can submit a request through our Contact page. We’ll review it and upload it within 24 hours, if possible.
How many items can I request?
There is no fixed limit, but we ask that you keep requests reasonable (for example, a few at a time), so we can fulfill them quickly for everyone.
How do I send a request?
You can request any item through our contact page or support email. Please include the exact name and a link to the official site if available — this helps us process it faster.
Do requested items receive future updates?
Yes. Once we add a requested item to our library, it becomes part of our regular update system, just like any other product.
